We use this data solely to triage your case, communicate with you, and prepare an appropriate treatment plan. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. We apply strict access controls and retain data only for as long as needed to serve you.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Your consent to processing is optional and may be withdrawn.
